I cannot imagine that anyone would ever be upset with Wolfe and Sons’ work. I have been using Wolfe for almost 40 years and have dealt with John Sr. to his son Tink and his two sons John and Gordie. Each one of them cares about the comfort of their customers more than charging the big bucks. I’ve called them on more then one occasion on the weekends or after hours when our furnace or AC goes out and they have someone there right away. Very skilled technicians that figure out the problem right away, a friendly sales team, and all around great management. If your looking for a high quality family owned business to do your HVAC work look no further than Wolfe and Sons.

I used this company and was satisfied 100% – I used Wolfe & Sons quite frankly out of need. I had been using another company but my furnace broke and they couldn’t get out until Monday and it was Saturday afternoon, and I had guests coming and a house that was 60 degrees and dropping. I called the emergency service, they had it fixed in two hours, no problem. The guy that came out was professional and thorough and the bill was $125 less than the same repair two years ago by my old company. I ended up getting a quote to replace my twenty year old furnace and just like the guy said, I used less gas and electricity, and it is quieter and cheaper. They did an excellent job replacing my old one. I would recommend these people to anyone. Family values from a family business for sure.

I have used several company’s over the years but that ended when I found Wolfe & Sons. I was shocked by the way I was treated by the group in whole. The service manager was friendly, the guy that came out was thorough and professional and the bill was $125 cheaper than the same repair cost me two years ago with another company. I ended up asking for a quote to replace my twenty year old furnace and when I shopped around they was $400 less than the next nearest competitor. Now I have a new furnace that looks great and works well, my electric and gas bills are cheaper just like John Wolfe Jr. told they would be and I am a client for life. Tell your friends and neighbors, customer service is not dead it is very much alive at Wolfe & Sons.

I was very happy with my experience with Wolfe & Sons. Not everything went perfectly when they installed my new furnace. They installed my new furnace over my drain and then three weeks later I had a backup in the drain. I couldn’t access the drain now, so I called them and asked it they could come back out and take a look. They came out twice to inspect, and then on the third time ****** installed a condensate pump routed to another drain. This was all at the expense of Wolfe & Sons. The system works great and I am very happy. They made it right and didn’t even discuss charging me for the extra visits and pump installation. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our central air conditioning went out Monday night, so I called yesterday morning and your service tech Cliff was at our house by mid morning. Cliff was very professional, courteous, and most importantly knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, put a temporary part on the unit to get it running, got the replacement part and had the problem resolved quickly. Job well done. We have used Wolfe and Son’s for repairs on our Lennox unit twice. Both times the gentleman was so nice and quick and explained everything so well. Most recently they fit us in same day and then returned with a new part the next day (on a hot Friday in July, I’m sure he was very busy) to make sure our home was cool for us and our new baby. Wolfe & Sons installed our heat pump on a very cold and snowy winter day. We got a good price on our unit and they did a great job on the install. We purchased a house built in 1963, the furnace was circa 1968, the water heater and AC Unit were both +20 yrs old. We had Lennox in our Previous Home and were very satisfied with the performance, I gave Wolfe & Sons the information on our system from the previous home, and matched a new Lennox System to meet the same performance level. There was no up-sell pressure to purchase a more expensive system. Their price was competitive with other Lennox Dealers and were able to deliver the system and install it in less than 1 week from the time we said go. In fact the entire tear down of the old systems and installation of the new system was done in 1 day less than 8 hours this past Friday. We did have one hiccup, but Tim Wolfe took the time out of his Saturday Evening, to personally come over and help us out with the problem. All systems are go, and our house is cool and comfortable. Our air conditioning went out this summer after a brief power outage. After our home owners insurance said it would be a week before a technician could come, we called Wolfe and Sons and they came to our house within a couple of hours! It is Christmas Day and our furnace stopped working. Called Wolfe and Sons and left a message. Tim Wolfe called me back 5 minutes later and said he was on his way. Tim checked out our furnace and we needed a new fan, so he went to his shop and got the parts needed to fix our furnace on Christmas. He is very customer service focused. I started seeing my A/C unit freezing outside. After doing what I could through watching YouTube videos, I realized I needed a professional. I Yelp message four companies and they got back to me within twenty minutes. I explained what was wrong as well as pictures. They were able to diagnose and come out and fix. He offered next day but I was working so the day after was just fine. Excellent communication and always stayed in contact. My unit was recharged and leak stop was added. Price was VERY REASONABLE.
